I love tea. LOVE tea. If you love tea the way I do, you know that the steeping loose tea too long makes it bitter, and the temperature of the water can significantly change the taste. (Think of the subtleties of wine, coffee or chocolate--same thing!) I have my eye on this machine, but I am going to file it away for a day when I can justify spending $250 on another kitchen appliance...

Oy I just saw this. That's just nutty. Have you checked out the new tea store on Broadway and 76th-ish? It's Tea Geschweadlfkjadovijakemtaibi and I have no idea how to pronounce it.
